Profiles of Success

Thousands of agents across the US are making their dreams come true with NAA. Here are some inspiring stories of agents who've changed their lives.

DANIEL BROWN - Columbus, OH

Previous Occupation: Graphic Designer
Previous Income: $36,000
Current Income: $225,000

Daniel credits his success to plugging into the NAA system, his manager Patrick Connors and hard work. Daniel says, "I made a sell on my first call but it was not because I was so good but because the NAA system works." He was encouraged by his team which motivated him toward success. "It gives me strength to look at the truly incredible success of my up-line team," says Daniel. "I look at my manager Patrick, his sideline buddy Mike Lewantowicz and their mentor Alex Abuyuan. These guys are all running huge organizations, and they are all cash-flowing over $1 million a year right now. Because of their help, and by following their example, I have been able to grow my business rapidly. I plan to follow very closely in their footsteps!"

His advice for new agents is simple; read as many books as possible, have a vision and work toward that vision.

STEPHEN DAVIES - Arden, NC

Previous Occupation: Salesman
Previous Income: $50,000
Current Income: $1,000,000+

Stephen Davies' can-do spirit has made him a top producing agent in the NAA organization. His determination to succeed was never more evident than the time when he resorted to driving a 4-wheeler up a steep, mountain road to keep an appointment.

It all started with the opportunity that Stephen saw with NAA. He was attracted to the business potential and integrity offered by the company, its leaders and the teamwork within the organization. "Even when we are competing with each other, we are all still buddies and help each other," says Stephen.

In just six short years, Stephen has gone from working more than 70 hours a week and getting nowhere to living his dream. "Before NAA, my wife still had to work and even working so many hours, we were just getting by," says Stephen. Now his wife stays home to raise their son Chandler. Stephen is working less, making more money, and spending quality time with his family.

No longer in debt, the Davies can afford to take dream vacations to the islands and snowy slopes. On the work front, Stephen constantly strives to better himself. "My goal each day is to try and do at least one thing better than the day before."

LYNN CONLEE - Marietta, GA

Previous Occupation: Sales and Marketing
Previous Income: $75,000
Current Income: $400-$450,000

Lynn Conlee knows what it is like to work for others but now she is enjoying working for herself at NAA. Her life changed suddenly when, just five months before retirement, Lynn's company downsized and she was unable to retire.

She heard about the NAA opportunity through a financial advisor and attended the First Annual Conference in Atlanta. The rest is history. From the beginning, Lynn was awed by the quality of the leads NAA provided. She also realized that she had a new purpose and that she could help people avoid hitting an unexpected bump in the road.

Lynn quickly got to work and, in her first year at NAA, she closed 90% of her appointments. In seven months, she was recognized as an outstanding personal producer, submitting over $100,000 in annual premiums.

She advises new recruits to be coachable, pro-active in learning and to use the tools available. "Keep in touch with people that motivate and inspire your goals and dreams with NAA," says Lynn. "Stay with the program for 90 days and get through the learning curve, and have the passion to genuinely help families get the protection. Once you do that, the money will come."

When she is not traveling to exotic locations, Lynn likes to spend her free time doting on her granddaughter.

Robert & Michelle Wallace - Irving, TX

Previous Occupation: Banking/Financial Advisor
Previous Income: $80k/$50k
Current Income: $1,000,000+

Robert and Michelle Wallace have had their share of work place success, but both have experienced the ups and downs of working for others and the instability of the corporate world.

The tipping point for the couple came when finances were at a low and Robert was still working more than 60 hours a week. The couple's daughters, Brittany and Victoria, were approaching high school and their son, Zechariah, was growing up fast. Michelle needed a part-time opportunity that would allow her to make extra income while taking care of the family.

Michelle's prayers were answered in 2005 when she was invited to attend an NAA meeting. Michelle skipped the meeting and went straight to the first training session. The power couple got their start together in NAA when Robert made his wife's first appointment on the phone due to Michelle losing her voice. She wrote the application and the couple's new career was born.

According to Robert and Michelle, "We consider it a complete joy that we can protect the American family dream by ensuring people don't lose their homes, and that we can also help people fulfill their financial and life goals."

Alex Fitzgerald - Addison, TX

Previous Occupation: Salesman
Previous Income: $50,000
Current Income: $1,000,000+

Alex Fitzgerald or "Fitz" as his fellow agents call him, loves every minute of life these days. Thanks to NAA, Alex is living his dream and is a consistent top NAA earner with an income in the million dollar range.

"This is the greatest business opportunity ever created," says Fitz. "The name National Agents Alliance really fits us because we really are an alliance from across the country."

Fitz was drawn to the flexibility, unlimited income potential and freedom that NAA offered. Freedom ranked especially high. "When Heather had our baby, I was home with her for 2 weeks," says Fitz. "I could not have done that anywhere else; companies don't give men maternity leave."

He adds, "At NAA, we can pool our resources, money, knowledge and production and get a better deal for our agent, and client. That combined with our aggressiveness is what sets us apart from our competitors."

Fitz is confident that the NAA organization is the best around. "If you ask us questions we will tell you everything we know and we will still beat the competition. If we don't the worst that will happen is that will go to Aruba and lament our losses together."
